We are in the process of building a web based data entry and reporting system. This system once built, will allow any staff members the capability to enter data for any of the forms associated with the client intake process. We will also make this system freely available, including the source code for any other Healthy Start program.
The system will be built with Mysql/PHP but I can port it to other systems as well if you want to use .NET or Coldfusion or Perl or even JAVA. It is being built with CodeCharge generator, so porting is not a big problem.
